This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an IT Product Manager in the United States. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT Product Manager with a strong background in enterprise technology solutions and agile product delivery. The IT Product Manager will lead strategic initiatives to modernize secure mail handling, document imaging, and digitization workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements. You will manage the full product lifecycle, prioritize backlogs, define KPIs, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-value solutions. This position requires collaboration with engineering, operations, and compliance teams, with a focus on leveraging cloud platforms, workflow automation, and secure data exchange technologies. The role offers opportunities for leadership, innovation, and strategic influence in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Accountabilities · Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and KPI definition. · Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable IT solutions. · Conduct competitive analysis, assess emerging technologies, and recommend enhancements to maintain product relevance. · Gather, validate, and refine business requirements through stakeholder engagement, market research, and data analysis. · Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes, making strategic adjustments as needed. · Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding. · Manage product budgets and resources to maximize ROI and meet financial targets. · Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. · Ensure all products and processes comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST). · U.S. citizenship required due to Department of Defense restrictions. · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). · 7+ years of experience in IT product management or related roles, with at least 3 years in leadership/management. · Extensive experience with SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), PSPO, CPM, or CSPO certifications. · Proven track record managing large-scale, enterprise IT products or portfolios. · Deep understanding of agile frameworks, iterative delivery practices, and SDLC processes. · Technical fluency in Agile tools, workflow automation, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), EDI, and compliance frameworks. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial acumen, and decision-making skills. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. · Preferred: experience with enterprise IT platforms (ERP, CRM, healthcare systems), X12 document exchange, and secure data handling practices. · Competitive salary range ($125,000 - $160,000) with performance bonus opportunities. · Hybrid and remote work options depending on location. · 401(k) plan with full match for first 3% and partial match for next 2% (100% vested immediately). · Comprehensive health, dental, and telehealth coverage starting day one. · Paid time off and flexible work arrangements. · Professional development and leadership programs. · Opportunities to work in a mission-driven, highly compliant, and innovative environment.
