This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an iOS Software Engineer, Mobile Home Experience in the United States. In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality, user-focused mobile experiences on iOS, shaping the way users interact with digital content. You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to solve complex technical challenges, improve scalability, and enhance app performance. This position provides the opportunity to influence architectural decisions, mentor peers, and implement best practices while delivering elegant, performant, and secure features for a large user base. Accountabilities Design and implement advanced, user-centric features for iOS applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a large, native codebase while guiding architectural improvements for scalability and efficiency. Promote best engineering practices, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring code quality, security, and performance standards are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch innovative features aligned with user needs and business objectives. Lead initiatives to enhance app performance, security, and efficiency through problem-solving and continuous improvements. Stay up to date with the latest iOS development trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team. Participate in on-call rotations to address production issues as part of team responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications. Strong engineering skills with solid software fundamentals and experience with complex, large-scale native codebases. Proven experience in leading teams or collaborating in cross-functional environments. Passion for building consumer applications with intuitive and clean interfaces. Proficiency in Swift is preferred. Experience developing, testing, shipping, and supporting applications for hundreds of thousands of users is a plus. Competitive base salary: Zone 2: $177,500 — $240,100 USD Zone 3: $157,800 — $213,400 USD Remote-first work environment with flexibility in work location.
