This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Integration Engineer (Product Success) in the United States. This role focuses on enabling strategic customers to maximize the value of complex platforms through seamless integrations and data workflows. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, and security teams. The position blends deep technical knowledge with customer engagement, allowing you to influence adoption, optimize processes, and ensure integrations are scalable and effective. Your contributions will directly impact customer retention, satisfaction, and the overall success of high-profile enterprise clients. Accountabilities: · Partner with product and customer success teams to drive customer retention, growth, and satisfaction. · Develop, test, and maintain integrations across diverse systems including identity, logging, security, ticketing, and SaaS platforms. · Build automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms or scripting with APIs. · Collaborate with IT, DevOps, InfoSec, and engineering teams to identify integration and automation opportunities. · Implement and document reusable integration patterns to support scalable operations. · Monitor account health and integration performance, identifying risks and optimization opportunities. · Create and maintain reusable assets such as integration guides, scripts, and deployment templates. · Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide feedback to evolve integration capabilities. · 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer). · Familiarity with enterprise security and data ecosystems including SIEMs, SOAR platforms, IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD), and custom applications. · Ability to develop scripts or software supporting API and data product deployment (Python preferred). · Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences effectively. · Self-management skills with the ability to contribute to cross-functional team goals. · Confidence in working with developers, architects, and senior security leaders. · Preferred: experience with Tines, Splunk, SOAR platforms (XSOAR, Swimlane), or Okta Workflows. · Knowledge of APIs, data transformation, webhooks, and integration architecture (RESTful APIs, JSON, Python/Bash scripting). · Familiarity with fraud prevention, identity management, or threat intelligence use cases, and exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) is a plus. · Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. · Health, vision, and dental insurance, with HSA option and employer contribution. · Employer-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance. · 401(k) with employer contribution. · Generous PTO plan and paid holidays. · Flexible and remote-friendly work options. · Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a mission-driven environment.
