We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop and maintain high-quality learning solutions across multiple formats, including eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and virtual instructor-led training (VILT). In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage projects, and ensure training programs meet learning objectives effectively. The ideal candidate is skilled in instructional design theory, eLearning development tools, and project management, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This position allows you to shape engaging learning experiences that enhance employee skills, support organizational goals, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Accountabilities: • Design, develop, and maintain instructional programs across eLearning, ILT, VILT, and blended learning formats. • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to ensure engaging, effective, and accessible learning solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage projects, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. • Maintain and administer learning platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, and Workday Learning (WDL). • Track enrollments and completions, support LMS administration, and contribute to governance and process improvement initiatives. • Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all learning materials. • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development. • Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Workday Learning, and SharePoint. • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. • Preferred: Experience with Adobe Acrobat, audio/video editing tools, game-based learning, interactive course design, and LMS migration or data conversion projects. • Competitive salary and flexible work arrangements. • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision. • Paid time off, holidays, and volunteer time. • Retirement savings plan and company-supported benefits programs. • Professional development and opportunities to enhance learning and instructional design skills. • Supportive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
