We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a high-impact 9-1-1 Network transition initiative in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. This role requires overseeing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet stringent quality and compliance standards. You will be responsible for guiding projects from planning through execution, providing updates to senior leadership, and ensuring smooth adoption of change management processes. Accountabilities Lead and manage the 9-1-1 Network transition project, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives. Coordinate with multiple departments, subsidiaries, and external stakeholders to develop detailed project timelines. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management on critical issues and risks. Apply creative problem-solving strategies to address challenges, offering customer-focused and strategic solutions. Define and enforce testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and change control processes. Work independently and collaboratively, adapting to dynamic project requirements while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude. Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in a relevant field. 10+ years of experience in project management and problem-solving roles, ideally within IT or infrastructure projects. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in change control environments, defining acceptance criteria, and testing strategies.
