This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Project Manager II in the United States. This role is responsible for leading and executing client implementation projects within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will manage project teams, define scopes and timelines, and ensure successful onboarding of clients onto software platforms while optimizing revenue recognition. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, as you will work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. You will monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement best practices for project management to ensure consistent client satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to shape onboarding processes, mentor junior team members, and contribute to organizational growth. Accountabilities: Lead project teams through end-to-end implementation of client onboarding projects, ensuring adherence to project management standards. Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Monitor project progress, report key metrics including ACV recognition, and provide updates to senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project strategies with organizational goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving project-related issues. Assist in optimizing project management methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and guide junior project managers within the team to ensure high performance. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in project management or client implementation roles. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. Strong knowledge of project management concepts, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications. Experience in SaaS software implementation and managing remote or international projects is a plus.
