This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Manager in the United States. The Implementation Manager will play a central role in ensuring the successful onboarding and integration of fintech and banking partners. This position requires strong program management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. You will oversee the entire implementation lifecycle from contract signature through go-live, ensuring that partner requirements are clearly defined, compliance obligations are met, and internal teams remain aligned. Acting as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, you will translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables, proactively manage risks, and ensure high-quality, timely project completion. Beyond individual projects, you will help scale the implementation framework, streamline onboarding processes, and enhance operational efficiency to support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is committed to delivering an outstanding partner experience. \n Accountabilities: Own the full lifecycle of partner implementations, from kickoff through go-live. Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables while managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Serve as the main point of contact for fintech partners during onboarding and implementation. Translate partner business and technical requirements into actionable internal deliverables for cross-functional teams. Guide partners through API integrations, file exchanges (SFTP, JSON, XML), testing, and production validation. Coordinate user acceptance testing, post-launch transition, and relationship management. Create and maintain partner-facing documentation, playbooks, and guides. Contribute to improving onboarding frameworks, templates, and automation for scalability. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback that enhances platform functionality and partner experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 7+ years of experience in implementation management, client onboarding, or technical delivery within fintech, payments, BaaS, or banking. Familiarity with banking and fintech regulatory frameworks, including KYC, AML, and compliance. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical, compliance, and executive audiences. Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Notion, Jira, Asana, Confluence, Monday). Knowledge of payment rails (ACH, wires, RTP, card networks) and related funds and data flows. Technical aptitude with experience in API integrations, data mapping, and technical workflows. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to build scalable frameworks.
