Ensure availability during scheduled hours for phone support. Requirements 5 years experience as an HVAC Technician. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated computer skills with typing at 40 WPM or more. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Self-starter with a positive, warm attitude towards customers. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a quiet home office setup. Open to periodic travel for training and product refurbishment.
