This role is crucial in providing internal operations support for Shared Services teams. The individual will develop and maintain effective analytics to measure performance, anticipate challenges, and provide proactive solutions. Additionally, this position serves as a liaison between Shared Services and various HR service lines, ensuring alignment and effective communication across the organization.
