The Head of Public Relations will lead the development and execution of a global communications strategy, enhancing brand reputation and driving positive media coverage in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing a high-performing PR team and managing a network of global agencies. The position requires building strong relationships with media, analysts, and industry influencers while shaping thought leadership campaigns and timely responses to emerging trends. The ideal candidate will operate cross-functionally, ensuring PR initiatives align with marketing, product, sales, and executive objectives. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on brand perception while mentoring a team and elevating communications programs globally. \n Accountabilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive global PR strategy aligned with business objectives and market positioning. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of PR professionals to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Manage and coordinate a global network of PR agencies, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable results. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media, analysts, and industry influencers. Oversee creation of press releases, media pitches, talking points, and other communications materials. Respond to emerging news cycles and trends with proactive thought leadership campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to integrate PR initiatives effectively. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in public relations, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. Direct experience in cybersecurity or technology sectors preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing PR teams. Proven success managing a global network of PR agencies. Deep understanding of the threat landscape, industry trends, and thought leadership communications. Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into effective PR programs. Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills. Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Benefits: Competitive base salary range: $174,800 – $250,000 USD annually.
