Full Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Partner Programs, Strategy and Operations based in the United States. As Head of Partner Programs, Strategy and Operations, you will build the operating foundation that enables a growing Partnerships organization to scale efficiently. You will sit within Revenue Operations and connect partner strategy with systems, data, processes, commercial operations, and financial infrastructure. The role spans technology, agency, integration, and strategic partner ecosystems, turning complex partner motions into measurable and repeatable programs. You will establish trusted reporting, define operating models, improve attribution, and ensure partner economics and workflows function reliably. Working across Partnerships, Systems, Data, Finance, Legal, and other teams, you will lead initiatives that often cross traditional organizational boundaries. You will also help shape reusable partner architectures, processes, and automation that increase revenue leverage without creating unnecessary operational overhead. This is a high-ownership opportunity for a strategic operator who enjoys building structure from ambiguity and using AI to accelerate analysis, execution, and scale. \n Accountabilities: In this role, you will own the operational infrastructure behind the Partnerships organization, translating partner strategy into scalable processes, systems, measurement frameworks, and commercial mechanisms. Build and own the operating system for Partnerships, including processes, systems, data models, governance, ownership structures, and operating cadences. Define how responsibilities are shared across Partner Managers, Revenue Operations, Systems, Data, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders. Partner with senior Partnerships and Revenue Operations leadership to design partner motions from acquisition and qualification through onboarding, activation, revenue generation, expansion, and renewal. Translate partner strategy into concrete operating models covering workflows, incentives, tiering, deal mechanics, attribution, system requirements, and measurement. Establish a trusted measurement layer for the partner business, including operating definitions, instrumentation, dashboards, and recurring reporting. Own reporting around metrics such as agency funnel performance, integration adoption, Partner-Involved ARR, sourced/influenced/managed attribution, and partner cohort NRR. Identify data quality and attribution gaps, establish clear ownership, and drive remediation with relevant teams. Turn partner data into actionable insights that help leadership determine where to invest, what to scale, and which motions need to evolve. Own partner systems requirements and architecture in partnership with Systems, spanning Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, internal platforms, and connected tooling. Translate business requirements into a coherent systems roadmap and ensure partner data is captured, connected, reliable, and usable for automation and reporting. Lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous business needs through structured requirements, ownership alignment, execution, and implementation. Identify operational friction, revenue leakage, manual work, and inefficiencies across the partner lifecycle. Build business cases for process improvements, automation, and new tooling, and measure their impact on partner productivity, revenue contribution, data quality, and operating leverage. Own partner lifecycle and funnel instrumentation, deal-registration operations, partner-related data workflows, and commercial process coordination. Coordinate partner agreement and amendment administration with Legal and revenue-share tracking and payout processes with Finance. Document partner operating models, workflows, requirements, and processes so they can scale across the organization. Partner with senior engineering and operations leaders to establish repeatable partner processes, automation, and scalable operating patterns. Use AI-assisted analysis, development, automation, and documentation to increase operational leverage while applying sound judgment to validate outputs and assumptions. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on operator who combines deep partnerships knowledge with strong Revenue Operations, systems, analytics, and cross-functional leadership capabilities. 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Partner Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a related function. Proven experience operating in a B2B SaaS environment across multiple go-to-market functions, with direct Partnerships experience. Demonstrated experience building an operating function from the ground up, including processes, systems, reporting, governance, and operating models. Strong understanding of partner-led motions, including agency, technology, integration, channel, or strategic partnership ecosystems. Knowledge of partner economics, attribution, incentives, deal registration, lifecycle management, and commercial operations. Systems-oriented mindset with a strong preference for solving recurring problems through better processes, data models, workflows, and automation rather than temporary workarounds. Strong analytical capabilities across funnel, pipeline, revenue, cohort, and attribution data. Ability to move between executive-level business questions and the underlying data, processes, and systems required to answer them. Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to drive outcomes without relying on formal authority. Strategic and operational range, with the ability to contribute to partner strategy while also working through detailed requirements such as Salesforce workflows, attribution definitions, and revenue-share processes. Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where partner motions, requirements, and operating models are continuously evolving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop operating proposals, explain complex dependencies, define technical requirements, and create useful documentation. Strong ownership, judgment, and prioritization skills, with the ability to distinguish between problems requiring durable solutions and those that can be addressed pragmatically. Genuine fluency with AI tools and a track record of incorporating LLMs into analytical, operational, documentation, development, and automation workflows. Understanding of how structured data, canonical definitions, documentation, schemas, and reliable system interfaces can support AI agents and internal tools. Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, recognize hallucinations or incorrect assumptions, and determine when first-principles analysis is required. Comfortable experimenting with emerging AI and operational tooling and sharing effective approaches with others. Experience with systems such as Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, or comparable partnership and revenue technology is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate across multiple functional teams. Benefits: Tier 1 base/total cash pay range: $250,000–$315,000 USD for San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle. Tier 2 base/total cash pay range: $220,000–$275,000 USD for all other U.S. locations. Equity opportunities. Company bonus or applicable variable compensation. 401(k) plan. At least 10 paid holidays per year. Flexible paid time off. Parental leave. Employee assistance and wellbeing programs. Global travel coverage. Life, AD&D, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance. FSA/HSA options. Medical, dental, and vision benefits. Remote work environment. Opportunity to build a new operational function and directly influence partner-led revenue growth. High ownership, autonomy, and cross-functional exposure. AI-native working environment focused on automation, continuous improvement, and operational leverage. Strong opportunities for professional growth and collaboration across teams. \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
