Design data-driven campaigns that generate demand and increase customer engagement. Define target segments, value propositions, and go-to-market messaging for services. Lead development of high-impact marketing assets including case studies and digital content. Build customer speaker programs and success-story platforms to showcase impact. Oversee newsletters and ongoing customer communications. Partner with clinical and scientific leaders to shape marketing programs. Support service launches and portfolio expansions with marketing playbooks. Establish a global brand presence through thought leadership and industry events. Collaborate with regional teams to tailor campaigns while maintaining brand consistency. Requirements 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in healthcare. Proven success in driving demand generation and brand positioning. Strong experience with marketing collateral and customer engagement programs. Ability to operate in global, matrixed organizations. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strategic marketing leadership skills. Exceptional communication and influence capabilities. Customer-centric program design expertise.
