Maintain a recruiting dashboard with KPIs and report to the executive team. Manage our recruiting pipeline and the applicant tracking system. Comfortably present and promote our technology and company culture. Write and post technical and other job descriptions. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities. Assist in onboarding new hires. Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products. Requirements 5-7 years of work experience hiring for GTM roles. Hands-on experience with various interview formats. Proven expertise hiring Pre- and Post-Sales Engineers. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
