As a GTM Data Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, enrichment, and governance of GTM data that drives strategic business decisions. You will lead efforts to maintain a reliable, high-confidence database, supporting sales, marketing, and revenue operations with actionable insights. This role involves collaborating across functions, managing data processes and offshore teams, and optimizing data workflows for analytics, planning, and territory design. Accountabilities: Oversee the integration of AI and automated tools for data enrichment, validation, and quality assurance. Manage offshore data analyst teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SLAs. Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, monitoring data quality and enforcing scalable processes. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand data use cases and deliver solutions that address GTM challenges. Monitor record ingestion, deduplication, and hierarchy management across CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo). Serve as the primary point of contact for data vendor relationships, managing consumption and optimizing costs. Analyze, document, and communicate data changes and impacts across downstream systems. Minimum 5 years of experience in data stewardship, data analytics, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or Revenue Operations. Proven experience managing and QAing offshore/overseas data analyst teams. Strong analytical skills with experience building data quality and governance frameworks. Experience with database integrations, especially post M&A or partnership agreements. Proficiency with Python, Databricks, and data querying languages (SQL, SAQL, SOQL) is a plus. Skilled in statistical modeling techniques (e.g., multivariable regression analysis). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized, action-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguous or complex environments. Competitive salary range: $135,600 – $203,800 USD, depending on experience.
