The Growth Marketing Manager will lead high-impact digital marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Leverage AI tools and predictive analytics to automate, scale, and enhance marketing campaigns. Manage HubSpot integration and automation, optimizing CRM workflows and lead nurturing sequences to align marketing and sales objectives. Create compelling content and visual assets for campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and maximum engagement. Collaborate with product teams to inform growth-driven feature development and optimize user onboarding processes. Analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement actionable solutions. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or high-growth digital environments. Mastery of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Meta advertising platforms. Strong experience creating conversion-focused landing pages (Unbounce, Webflow, or similar). Practical expertise with AI and marketing automation tools. Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation. Exceptional content creation and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
