This role is crucial for overseeing the development and delivery of innovative software products that align with customer needs and business objectives. You will play a key part in leading and mentoring a team of Software Product Managers while also engaging directly with cross-functional stakeholders to drive impactful technology solutions. Create clear documentation for product features, including use cases and functional specifications. Develop tech-driven and automated business processes that enhance organizational efficiency. Prioritize product development in alignment with business goals and client needs. Manage and mentor a team of Software Product Managers, fostering collaboration and innovation. Serve as a key communication point among technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders. Define and monitor success metrics for products, utilizing data to guide enhancements. Engage with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights. Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch, mitigating risks. Requirements 8+ years of software product management experience. 2-3+ years of team management experience. Experience leading offshore development teams. Experience building products with Generative AI. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field. Experience writing functional specifications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Client-facing experience with a focus on understanding needs.
