In this role, you will lead and oversee design teams to ensure our partner's products are intuitive and aligned with user needs. Your strategic vision will influence product offerings while collaborating with product management and engineering. Analyze design metrics to improve design outcomes continuously. Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders and executives. Explore new ideas and emerging patterns to enhance user experiences. Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to achieve design objectives. Requirements 8+ years of experience in product design with 3+ years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design or a related field. Ability to elevate design quality and influence strategy effectively. A portfolio showcasing systems-level thinking and design leadership. Strong strategic design perspective with customer understanding and business impact. Expert-level knowledge of design principles, interaction design, and accessibility. Proven track record of autonomy and driving alignment across teams. Meticulous attention to detail in design craft and execution. Natural inclination toward mentorship and influence across functions.
