In this vital role, you will define, implement, and manage a comprehensive recruiting strategy, impacting the organization's growth significantly. You'll engage with hiring managers to develop robust recruitment processes while also optimizing the candidate experience. Additionally, you'll play a key role in employer branding efforts, ensuring the company stands out in the competitive talent market. Your contributions will directly enhance the employee experience and support the overall mission of building a diverse and inclusive workforce. \n Accountabilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions across the organization, from entry-level to senior leadership roles. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. Ensure exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and acting as a brand ambassador. Facilitate and manage the interview process, including scheduling and feedback collection. Lead negotiations and offer extensions in collaboration with senior leadership. Oversee relationships with external recruiting agencies and ensure alignment on recruitment processes. Design and implement standardized recruiting processes and tools for efficiency. Optimize and maintain the applicant tracking system to enhance recruiter productivity. Develop employer branding strategies in collaboration with marketing teams. Design training programs for hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and diversity. Requirements 8+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in tech or SaaS. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Extensive experience with Greenhouse ATS is highly preferred. High degree of discretion and good judgment. Self-motivated, positive, with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient relationship builder, maintaining positive relationships at all organizational levels. Process-oriented and collaborative with a small team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools. Respectful and sensitive to diverse cultural customs in recruitment.
