This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global Staffing Project Manager (Remote) in the United States. The Global Staffing Project Manager will lead and manage a complex staff augmentation engagement supporting a major financial services client. This role is responsible for coordinating offshore and nearshore teams, ensuring seamless delivery, and maintaining high client satisfaction. You will oversee resource planning, onboarding, and performance monitoring while acting as the primary U.S.-based point of contact for clients and stakeholders. The position involves aligning global teams, implementing KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and facilitating clear communication across multiple geographies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and enjoys optimizing global staffing operations. Accountabilities · Serve as the primary U.S.-based delivery lead and client-facing contact for all staffing and project matters. · Coordinate with offshore and nearshore delivery teams to ensure timely staffing, alignment, and quality of services. · Lead staffing efforts including resource planning, onboarding, and cross-geography coordination. · Monitor and report on team performance, productivity, and service quality. · Facilitate regular client communication, providing status updates, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement. · Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill roles, candidate quality, and pipeline health. · Collaborate with internal departments (HR, legal, leadership) and external staffing vendors to ensure smooth operations. · BA degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience. · 5+ years of experience managing delivery teams in a staff augmentation or professional services model. · Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and act as a primary point of contact. · Experience managing global staffing operations across multiple geographies, including offshore and nearshore teams. · Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with multiple levels of stakeholders. · Demonstrated experience developing and reporting on KPIs for staffing and performance management. · Located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone to align with client operations. · Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. · Remote work flexibility across the U.S., with preference for Central or Eastern Time zones. · Comprehensive health insurance coverage, including medical, dental, and vision. · Paid time off and holidays. · Retirement savings plan with company match. · Professional development opportunities and mentorship programs. · Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on employee growth.
