The Global Staffing Project Manager will lead and manage a complex staff augmentation engagement supporting a major financial services client. This role is responsible for coordinating offshore and nearshore teams, ensuring seamless delivery, and maintaining high client satisfaction. You will oversee resource planning, onboarding, and performance monitoring while acting as the primary U.S.-based point of contact for clients and stakeholders. The position involves aligning global teams, implementing KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and facilitating clear communication across multiple geographies.
