The Global Product Manager - Code Data will lead the strategic vision and execution for a critical portion of the product portfolio, driving solutions that anticipate market needs and deliver measurable business impact. You will define and manage product roadmaps, develop business models, and ensure alignment across global teams. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will translate market insights and clinical needs into actionable product requirements, supporting development teams throughout the lifecycle. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including product owners, market managers, and senior leadership, to successfully launch and grow products across diverse geographies. It is an opportunity to influence global product strategy, optimize portfolio performance, and drive meaningful outcomes for customers worldwide. Accountabilities: Define and deliver product strategies and roadmaps for assigned portfolio segments, ensuring alignment with market and business needs. Act as the subject matter expert for Code Data products, understanding customer use cases, clinical requirements, and market dynamics. Represent the voice of the customer, translating needs into product requirements and proposing innovative solutions. Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective execution and integration of products. Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and expectations. Support business planning by analyzing competitive offerings, identifying differentiators, and recommending strategies to grow market opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with SDK partners and other external stakeholders to enhance product adoption and portfolio success. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3-7 years of relevant product management or market experience; experience in healthcare data is a plus. Agile software product management experience preferred. Ability to translate technical and clinical information into meaningful product requirements and customer messaging. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver results in a matrixed organization. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience working across geographically diverse teams is highly desirable.
