Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business stakeholders. Align project priorities and service improvement timelines. Drive project planning, execution, and measure successful outcomes. Manage program reporting and metrics delivery. Maintain service reporting dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure timely updates and completion of operational reporting. Manage a diverse group of employees and implement service improvements. Work with Talent Acquisition to develop a strong hiring process. Support internal teams in gathering requirements for project solutions. Coach and guide team members for career development. Perform other duties as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent education. Experience in leading cooperative project teams. Strong communication and listening skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Experience managing high-pressure projects with tight deadlines. Highly collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving. Experience with operation level solutions for technology-related issues. Experience managing technical projects.
