This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Diné Development Corporation. We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer & UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level) in the United States. This dual-role position blends full stack development expertise with creative UI/UX design skills to deliver user-centric, integrated solutions. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and visually compelling applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design intuitive interfaces, maintain design systems, and translate complex requirements into seamless digital experiences. Your work will impact web and mobile platforms, integrating technical best practices with innovative design strategies. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects while growing your skills in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-impact environment. Accountabilities • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI/UX designs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are reflected in engaging and intuitive user experiences. • Maintain and update design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, testing, and deployment. • Develop full stack solutions using C# .NET, applying reusable design patterns and adhering to best practices. • Collaborate with developers, UX designers, architects, and QA testers to deliver integrated solutions. • Provide estimates and contribute to project planning, research, and adoption of new design and development methodologies. • Must be a US Citizen and possess IT-II security clearance or have a current NACLC; active Secret clearance preferred. • Must hold one of the approved 8570 Baseline Certifications: Category IAT Level II (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP). • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and full stack development. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects. • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure. • Experience with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Kendo UI, TypeScript, Angular), and ORM tools like ADO.NET and Entity Framework. • Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle. • Familiarity with responsive design, web/mobile standards, and front-end technologies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams. • Competitive salary and growth potential. • Paid time off and flexible leave policies. • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision. • 401(k) plan with employer match. • Work-from-home flexibility with technology and home office support. • Professional development opportunities and stipends to advance skills. • Collaborative, mission-driven work environment with meaningful impact.
