You will lead efforts in application development, rapid prototyping, and the adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring scalable and secure solutions for complex customer environments. Accountabilities Design, plan, and develop secure, scalable web applications. Research emerging technologies and deliver proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate applicability. Define, create, and maintain technical standards and documentation for interoperability. Deliver demos, presentations, and training sessions to support knowledge transfer. Serve as a technical leader in solution design and development. Evaluate and integrate new technologies into customer solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster adoption of best practices. 6+ years of experience in web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. 5+ years of experience with Vue.js. 4+ years of experience with FastAPI and Python. 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud environments. Strong knowledge of system architecture for scalable, high-performance applications. Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. U.S. residency for at least the past three years (required for Public Trust clearance). Ability to lead a small team and manage project responsibilities when needed. Experience with high-throughput, multi-node, load-balanced systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred. AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner or higher) are desirable. Annual salary range: $110,000 – $140,000. Flexible remote work arrangement with occasional on-site presence.
