The Full Stack Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex healthcare and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will define analytical strategies, architect scalable data models, and lead high-impact projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Clinical, Finance, and Operations. This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into rigorous analyses. The ideal candidate will mentor other analysts, elevate the organization’s analytical standards, and communicate findings in a compelling way that impacts patient care, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. Success in this role directly contributes to delivering measurable impact for patients, caregivers, and the broader healthcare ecosystem. \n Accountabilities: Define and govern analytical strategies, translating business objectives into actionable data initiatives. Architect and maintain scalable, production-grade data models and transformation pipelines using modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift). Lead cross-functional initiatives, integrating diverse data sources and aligning with Product, Clinical, Finance, and Operations teams. Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, framing questions, guiding methodology, and delivering impactful insights. Mentor analysts and set standards for analytical rigor, reproducibility, and data quality. Define enterprise-level KPIs, maintain consistent metric definitions, and ensure alignment across teams. Communicate findings through compelling data storytelling that connects technical results to operational, financial, and clinical impact. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in advanced data roles such as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or BI Architect within high-growth, complex organizations. Deep knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems, including CMS data, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements. Expert-level proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with transformation pipelines using dbt or similar tools. Experience designing and maintaining production-grade data models in cloud environments (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift). Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Knowi; experience building scalable analytics environments. Strong ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical plans and actionable insights. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and C-level stakeholders. Proven experience mentoring other analysts and implementing analytical best practices at scale. Experience in Python or R for advanced modeling or machine learning is a plus. Familiarity with patient journey analytics, cohort analysis, and healthcare metrics is preferred. Prior startup or high-growth experience, especially in health-tech, is an advantage. Benefits: Competitive compensation based on experience. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) plan with employer matching. Flexible, remote-first work environment with occasional travel for team gatherings. Home office stipend and technology support. Generous paid time off and sick leave. Opportunities for professional growth and advancement. \n Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
