This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager. This role plays a crucial part in the Finance Team, collaborating closely with Finance and Accounting leadership. The ideal candidate will serve as an accounting subject matter expert, enhancing global accounting processes and financial transactions. They will be responsible for implementing and overseeing accounting policies while ensuring compliance with financial reporting obligations. This position offers an opportunity to influence financial practices in a dynamic and innovative environment. \n Accountabilities Serve as a U.S. GAAP and company accounting policy subject matter expert Provide counsel to internal stakeholders on accounting and finance policies Evaluate financial practices, including historical and projected earnings Assist with post-deal integration and identify transition issues Support the adoption of new U.S. GAAP accounting standards Prepare and review disclosures in financial statements Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements Ensure compliance with SEC filings Review external reporting documents in XBRL format Lead process improvements within financial reporting tools Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA and MBA preferred 5-8 years of experience in corporate or public accounting, cryptocurrency experience is a plus Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements Experience with business combinations and complex financial instruments Understanding of business processes and information technology management Experience leading finance activities for post-merger integration Benefits Fully remote work environment with colleagues in 70+ countries Opportunities for professional growth and development Inclusive company culture that values diverse talents and perspectives Potential for involvement in innovative projects within the cryptocurrency industry Flexible working hours to suit a variety of lifestyles \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
