This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless execution of daily responsibilities and strategic initiatives. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate high-stakes meetings, and serve as a trusted liaison across internal teams and external partners. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment. You will support executive decision-making by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The role also includes coordinating events, travel, and special projects, providing visibility into the executive office, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
