This Event Content Specialist role is ideal for someone energized by fast-moving industries like crypto, finance, and technology, who thrives on coordinating events and producing engaging content. You will support the planning, execution, and promotion of live and virtual events, ensuring a seamless experience for speakers and attendees alike. The role combines research, marketing, and operational support, offering opportunities to interact directly with thought leaders, build content strategies, and contribute to high-visibility projects. Working remotely in a dynamic, collaborative environment, you’ll help shape conversations that matter while developing expertise in event programming, content marketing, and audience engagement. This position suits highly organized, proactive individuals who enjoy balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards. Accountabilities • Manage speaker outreach, schedule prep calls, and coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person events. • Draft promotional content for social media, email campaigns, and event announcements in partnership with marketing teams. • Support live events, including roundtables, virtual sessions, and flagship conferences, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction. • Maintain event calendars, track deadlines, and support cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality programming. • Conduct research to identify emerging industry trends, voices, and topics to inform future event content. • Collaborate with sales teams to generate and qualify potential sponsor leads and maintain post-event follow-ups. • Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative approaches to enhance event quality and audience engagement. • 1–3 years of experience in fast-paced, client-facing roles requiring strong organization, communication, and follow-through. • Familiarity with crypto, finance, or technology content; able to engage confidently with these industries. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. • Strong written communication skills, including email, social media, and promotional copywriting. • Experience coordinating meetings, scheduling, and working with external partners. • Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and processes. • Bonus points for experience supporting live or digital events, running social accounts, or collaborating on sponsorship initiatives. • Remote-first work environment with optional office access. • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with coverage options for dependents. • Flexible paid time off policy with no set vacation limits. • 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all team members. • Hardware stipend for personal productivity tools and equipment. • Learning and professional development stipend. • Clear pathways for career growth and skill development. • Inclusive, global, and diverse team culture.
