Our partner is looking for an ERP Architect / Systems Developer (Senior) based in the United States. As a Senior ERP Architect / Systems Developer, you will lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions supporting critical federal government operations. You will ensure that systems are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Department of Defense enterprise standards. Working closely with functional teams, developers, and government stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and reliable integrations. You will also mentor technical team members, review deliverables, and contribute to Agile delivery and release management. This fully remote opportunity is suited to a seasoned technical professional who combines deep Oracle expertise with strong architectural leadership and a commitment to secure, mission-critical systems. \n Accountabilities: You will serve as the technical design authority for the Oracle Cloud EPM solution, overseeing architecture, development, integrations, and technical quality across the platform. Translate business requirements, business rules, and cost-allocation logic into effective EPM designs, prioritizing standard out-of-the-box functionality over unnecessary customization. Develop and maintain business rules, calculation logic, and data integrations using tools such as Calculation Manager, Groovy, EPM Data Integration, EPM Automate, and REST APIs. Review and approve technical designs, configuration documentation, and code packages delivered during each sprint. Design inbound integrations with DMHRSi, GFEBS, MHS GENESIS, and DMLSS, as well as the outbound monthly transmission file to the Data Repository. Advise on platform performance, environment strategy across development, testing, training, and production, and the impact of Oracle quarterly updates. Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with government stakeholders. Mentor configuration and development teams, conduct peer reviews, and promote consistent engineering and architectural standards. Ensure that shared master data, hierarchies, and cross-module dependencies are designed to support reliable, integrated financial management processes. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in enterprise software architecture and development, with specialized expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM or comparable ERP financial solutions. You should be comfortable leading technical discussions with government stakeholders while delivering secure, scalable solutions in an Agile environment. Required qualifications include: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 12 years of IT experience, including 7 or more years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Oracle Cloud EPM or similar ERP financial solutions. Expert-level knowledge of Oracle EPM Enterprise Data Management and expertise in at least two additional in-scope modules: Planning, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, or Profitability and Cost Management. Experience designing and implementing solutions for U.S. federal government customers. Experience with cloud-based software solutions, including SaaS, Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS), or Commercial Service offerings. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including direct interaction with customers and government stakeholders. Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA security and compliance requirements. At least 8 years of software and interface development experience. Experience designing enterprise-scale API integrations and working with middleware technologies. Hands-on expertise in EPM business rules, data integration, and automation scripting. Experience designing multi-module EPM solutions using shared master data and hierarchies. The ability to lead technical design workshops, explain architectural trade-offs, and present decisions clearly to government stakeholders. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 background investigation, Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility, and any required government security clearance. Preferred qualifications include: Experience delivering projects using Agile and Scrum, particularly on federal government programs. Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud for U.S. Government or other Department of Defense-hosted cloud environments. Knowledge of cost accounting, cost allocation, or healthcare finance. Experience with integration middleware such as MuleSoft. Previous experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or Military Health System (MHS). Benefits: Annual compensation range of $157,500–$182,000, depending on location, skills, experience, training, security clearances, certifications, and organizational requirements. Fully remote work arrangement using government-furnished equipment. Core working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
