This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Architect in United States. In this role, you will define and drive the strategic technology vision across enterprise systems and business capability domains. You will partner with business and IT leaders to align investments, guide architectural decisions, and ensure technology roadmaps deliver value while supporting long-term strategic objectives. The position requires assessing existing initiatives, rationalizing applications, and designing scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions. You will influence senior stakeholders, provide guidance on architectural standards, and mentor teams to elevate technology expertise across the organization. This role demands strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes. You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment are key. \n Accountabilities: • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, roadmaps, principles, and standards to guide technology decisions. • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate initiatives, prioritize investments, and align technology with strategic goals. • Provide guidance on application design, integration, and deployment to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient systems. • Review proposals and initiatives, offering technical expertise, risk assessment, and recommendations. • Mentor and advise technology colleagues and cross-functional teams on best practices, frameworks, and emerging technologies. • Participate in large-scale application rationalization, platform modernization, and capability-driven architecture programs. • Stay current with industry trends, solution patterns, and emerging technologies, communicating opportunities for adoption. • Serve as a subject matter expert within assigned business capability domains, providing leadership and technical direction. Requirements: • 8+ years of professional experience in IT roles, including systems analysis, solution architecture, software development, or technology consulting. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture, demonstrating proficiency in frameworks, roadmaps, and strategic planning. • Experience building and implementing enterprise technical solutions and strategies. • Leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams or complex projects and influencing senior management. • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and gain stakeholder buy-in. • Preferred: TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture credentials. • Knowledge of insurance, risk management, or employee benefits processes is a plus. • Experience with large-scale application rationalization and enterprise technology transformation initiatives. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentorship skills. • Willingness to work remotely with occasional travel to offices as needed.
