In this role, you will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining core workflow systems and web-based tools that enable efficient customer data management. You will balance hands-on technical contributions with people leadership, guiding the team to deliver scalable, robust solutions while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
