This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing engineering team focused on Core Data initiatives in a fast-growing technology environment. You will drive the technical vision, oversee the delivery of complex, large-scale projects, and mentor engineers to reach their full potential. The position involves close collaboration with product, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions. You will champion agile best practices, improve technical processes, and help shape the roadmap of critical platform features. This remote role allows for flexible work while contributing to impactful, enterprise-grade software that supports organizational growth. \n Accountabilities: Lead the technical direction and execution of Core Data initiatives. Mentor and develop a diverse team of engineers, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Manage hiring, retention, and continuous capability building within the team. Build strong partnerships with Product, QA, Delivery, Design, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences. Own the end-to-end delivery of Core Data features and improvements. Continuously enhance product lifecycle processes and technical systems. Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure alignment and integration. Define goals, objectives, and roadmap for Core Data initiatives in coordination with Product Management. Requirements: 2+ years managing development teams in a SaaS environment. Experience running agile teams and managing delivery processes. Strong leadership, empathy, and emotional intelligence to mentor and inspire engineers. Experience in performance management and team capability development. Familiarity with modern tech stacks and JavaScript frameworks (Ember, React, Vue, Angular). Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience: 5+ years developing modern tech stacks. Experience in highly regulated ARC (Audit, Risk, Compliance) environments. Managed remote or distributed teams. Strong B2B software experience.
