This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Employee Benefits Account Manager - Remote in the United States. This remote role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts while leveraging back-office support to focus on client relationships and business growth. The Employee Benefits Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling day-to-day servicing, policy renewals, and new business opportunities. You will coordinate with internal teams and offshore resources to ensure efficient workflows, deliver excellent customer service, and provide expert guidance on employee benefits plans. This position combines client relationship management, technical knowledge of benefits insurance, and operational oversight. It is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. \n Accountabilities: Manage day-to-day servicing of employee benefits accounts and act as the primary client contact. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams, including offshore support. Oversee policy renewals, new business placements, and account growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with company servicing standards and maintain accurate account records in management systems. Provide recommendations and clarification on policy coverages, changes, exclusions, and insurance needs. Deliver timely and professional responses to client inquiries, concerns, and communications. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and optimize account management processes. Maintain a paperless workflow and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: 3 to 5+ years of experience in Employee Benefit Retail Insurance. Active Life & Health Insurance License. Strong proficiency with core benefits insurance coverages and carrier online platforms. Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated initiative, responsiveness, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Comfortable working with offshore teams and navigating cross-cultural collaboration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer/internet skills.
