This role offers the opportunity to work on the front lines of cybersecurity, protecting critical systems from advanced threats. You will join a high-impact, fast-paced team that provides immediate support to clients under cyber attack. The position combines hands-on technical work with rapid problem-solving, requiring collaboration with internal teams and direct client interaction. Accountabilities: Act as the primary contact for clients during cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely resolution and service continuity. Analyze and respond to security alerts, including network, application, and system-level threats. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and remediate security issues using tools such as Wireshark and Kali Linux. Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex incidents. Maintain high levels of customer service, ensuring clear communication during high-pressure situations. Participate in on-call rotations to provide alert coverage during off-work hours. Document incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews and improvement processes. At least 1 year of experience in application security or a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity. Strong understanding of network design and protocols, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, IPSec, HTTP, and DNS. Experience with security tools and diagnostics (e.g., Wireshark, Kali Linux). Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure. Fast learner, perceptive, and adaptable to dynamic, high-stress environments. Bonus points for experience in similar roles, scripting knowledge, and networking/security certifications or courses.
