This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an EHS Global Data Analyst Administrator in the United States. This role provides a unique opportunity to support global Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) operations by managing and analyzing complex datasets. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data collection, generating actionable insights, and supporting cross-functional teams in implementing data-driven decisions across multiple projects and regions. The position combines analytical rigor, technical proficiency, and effective communication skills to drive process improvements and maintain data integrity. Working closely with diverse teams, you will contribute to a safer, more efficient, and compliant working environment. This role also involves preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic initiatives, while ensuring that EHS metrics are effectively monitored and maintained. Accountabilities: Implement and maintain global health and safety indicators for the organization. Support and ensure proper use of EHS software systems for accurate data collection across projects. Develop, manage, and maintain data collection processes and systems for critical EHS metrics. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Generate reports and dashboards to visualize EHS data for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions. Ensure data integrity through regular audits and validation. Coordinate and manage meetings, appointments, and documentation related to EHS data. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and regular summaries for leadership. Associate degree or higher in business administration, data analysis, or a related field; high school diploma required at minimum. Proven experience as a data analyst, administrative tactician, or in a similar EHS data-focused role. Basic understanding of OSHA regulations or comparable safety standards. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, SQL, and other data collection and analysis tools. Experience coordinating cross-country, cross-discipline teams towards common goals. Ability to communicate effectively in English and facilitate meetings with diverse teams. Knowledge of predictive modeling in EHS or related fields is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Competitive base salary: $83,700 – $106,100 USD. Eligibility for annual performance-based bonuses.
