This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a DoseGuide Product Manager in United States. The DoseGuide Product Manager will drive the development and delivery of advanced radiotherapy alignment software, helping clinicians optimize patient treatment accuracy. You will work closely with engineering, product, support, and clinical teams to define features, manage releases, and test software versions, ensuring DoseGuide continues to meet the evolving needs of cancer clinics globally. This role blends deep clinical knowledge with product management expertise, enabling the translation of complex radiation oncology workflows into innovative software solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues, incorporate client feedback, and prioritize product enhancements. By optimizing DoseGuide, you will directly impact patient outcomes and the quality of care delivered worldwide. \n Accountabilities: Prioritize and specify software features based on clinical and customer needs. Manage product releases, including requirements, scheduling, and version control. Conduct version regression testing and resolve issues discovered during testing. Collaborate with Support and Success teams to troubleshoot client-reported issues. Translate client and clinical feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams. Ensure DoseGuide functionality aligns with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain product integrity and quality. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a clinical physicist, dosimetrist, or product manager within radiation oncology. 3+ years of in-clinic, on-treatment experience with radiation therapy. Strong understanding of radiation oncology workflows and treatment planning. Experience in project and operational management across multiple products or product lines. Preferred: 2+ years of SaMD product management experience and familiarity with online adaptive systems such as Varian Ethos, ViewRay MRIdian, Elekta Unity, or similar platforms. Preferred: Programming experience (C#), regulatory/quality management system experience, verification/validation testing, and workflow/project management tools such as Jira. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across clinical and technical teams.
