In this role, you will be the driving force behind the go-to-market strategies for cutting-edge AI applications and products. You will manage a diverse marketing team and take ownership of key initiatives that will shape the organization's market presence. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will harness your innovative ideas to connect what is built with target audiences, thereby accelerating the impact of powerful technology. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability, speed, and creativity in a fast-paced environment focused on growth and developer engagement. \n Accountabilities Manage and develop a seven-person marketing team across various disciplines. Set priorities and OKRs; promote a culture of accountability and agility. Champion a developer-first marketing approach within the AI community. Drive integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Elevate the brand presence on key industry platforms and events. Oversee pipeline-generating programs in collaboration with sales. Own the marketing budget and performance metrics reporting. Requirements 6+ years of marketing experience, especially in leadership roles. Deep expertise in developer tools, particularly within AI. Track record of driving growth in early-to-mid stage startups. Strong instincts for developer-led and product-led growth strategies. Experience in managing cross-functional marketing teams. Ability to operate hands-on and expedite decision-making under uncertainty. Background in Developer Relations or related growth strategies is a plus.
