This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Operations in Texas. As Director of Operations, you will lead and optimize the organization’s operational processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and compliance. You will oversee clinical forms processing, implement workflow improvements, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, enabling you to drive key initiatives that enhance patient and client experiences. You will mentor and develop your team, establish performance standards, and collaborate with senior leadership to execute operational strategies. Your work will directly impact service quality, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction, making this a highly influential position within the organization. \n Accountabilities: Oversee end-to-end clinical forms processing operations, ensuring high accuracy and timely completion. Implement workflow automation and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency. Monitor patient and client experiences, responding proactively to feedback and maintaining high satisfaction scores. Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, conducting audits and corrective actions as needed. Train, mentor, and develop staff to achieve departmental KPIs and maintain strong engagement levels. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement process improvements and scale operations effectively. Track operational performance metrics, including turnaround time, accuracy, and satisfaction scores. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare operations, with experience in clinical documentation processes. Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs, drive operational excellence, and meet compliance standards. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities. Capable of leading teams under tight deadlines, multitasking, and managing multiple projects effectively.
