This role leads a high-impact consumer data science organization focused on transforming how data informs product, marketing, ads, and business strategy. The Director will drive advanced quantitative modeling, experimentation, and analytics to provide actionable insights across multiple functions. This position requires strategic vision, technical depth, and the ability to influence senior leaders. You will build and scale a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analytics professionals, strengthening data foundations and ensuring the organization is trusted, scalable, and scientifically rigorous. This is a unique opportunity to shape the data science culture and capabilities of a large-scale, highly-engaged consumer platform.
