In this role, you will lead the operational strategy and execution for a fast-growing behavioral health service line, overseeing clinician onboarding, deployment, and performance across multiple hospital programs. You will drive operational excellence by building scalable systems, monitoring key performance metrics, and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. This position requires a data-driven, results-oriented leader capable of influencing cross-functional teams, improving operational processes, and ensuring business outcomes are achieved. Designing and implementing scalable operational systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency. Creating and managing dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to guide decisions and measure performance. Driving operational improvements by streamlining workflows and enhancing provider and client experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal, Payroll, Recruiting, and Technology to align operations. Leading, mentoring, and developing teams to foster accountability, precision, and service excellence. Communicating effectively with clinicians, clients, and senior leadership to provide clarity and direction. Requirements: Candidates should have the experience and skills necessary to lead complex clinical operations: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, or multi-site clinical management. Proven ownership mindset with the ability to drive measurable business outcomes. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through growth, change, and operational complexity. Excellent executive communication skills for interactions with clinicians, clients, and senior leaders. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, high-accountability, remote work environment.
