We are currently looking for a Director, Global Business Product Owner (BPO) – CXM Transformation, Marketing Experience in United States. The Director, Global Business Product Owner will lead the strategic vision and execution of CRM initiatives within a large-scale marketing transformation program. You will serve as the voice of the business, translating global business objectives into actionable requirements, prioritized features, and measurable outcomes. This role emphasizes driving customer engagement, optimizing business processes, and delivering ROI through effective CRM capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and service operations, to ensure the successful adoption of solutions and alignment with corporate goals. The position demands agile product management expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder influence in a dynamic, global environment. With a focus on innovation, process improvement, and measurable business value, you will play a key role in shaping the future of customer engagement platforms.
