We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of automation solutions for identity and access management (IAM) within a secure, cloud-based DevOps environment. In this role, you will define the product strategy, drive automation initiatives for password and account lifecycle management, and design scalable self-service platforms that enhance security and efficiency. You will collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and user experience teams to deliver innovative solutions that reduce friction and improve operational resilience. Accountabilities Define and execute the vision and strategy for security automation products supporting IAM, MFA, and account lifecycle management. Lead cross-functional collaboration with cybersecurity, engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, user-centric automation solutions. Manage the product lifecycle, from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs. Conduct market and user research to identify trends, assess risks, and prioritize roadmap initiatives. Define and monitor performance metrics to drive data-informed product decisions and continuous improvement. Partner with engineering teams to optimize CI/CD practices and ensure seamless integration of automated security tools. Mentor product management peers, contribute to organizational best practices, and promote knowledge sharing across teams. 7+ years of product management experience and 5+ years in software development lifecycle management. Proven track record managing complex digital or cloud products with a focus on security automation or IAM solutions. Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure as code, and automation principles. Experience with Agile methodologies and modern product management tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to influence across technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with human-centered design, UX/UI principles, and data-driven decision-making. Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments is a plus.
