This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Digital Product Manager in United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital experience for a large and diverse user base in the healthcare sector. You will lead the development and management of foundational digital services, ensuring seamless member interactions across platforms while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. The position requires strategic thinking, strong technical and business acumen, and the ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple teams and vendors. You will work on platform migrations, data continuity, and identity management systems, directly influencing the accessibility, usability, and efficiency of digital healthcare services. This role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, compliant, and user-centered digital solutions. Accountabilities: The Digital Product Manager will oversee and drive strategic digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and member needs: Lead the development and management of member-facing digital services, including identity verification, registration, and account management systems. Ensure consistent member information across platforms during system migrations and group transitions. Manage compliance systems, including communication preferences and Do Not Contact settings. Coordinate platform integrations across multiple technology platforms, vendor partners, and customer service tools. Drive system improvements to optimize member outreach and engagement capabilities. Lead major platform migrations and strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with UX, engineering, and customer service teams to deliver integrated, scalable, and user-centered solutions. Candidates should bring extensive experience in product management with a focus on digital platforms and healthcare: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or digital platforms. Experience managing large-scale system migrations and member-facing applications. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, data privacy regulations, and member identity systems. Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams and vendors. Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer data platforms, engagement/marketing platforms, and integration tools. Experience with platform architecture, technical product management, and products serving large user bases is preferred. Competitive salary range: $125,000–$150,000 with a 15% bonus target; full range up to $206,000 depending on experience and location.
