We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer III to architect, design, and implement advanced cloud-native data solutions that enable strategic insights across the organization. In this role, you will take ownership of complex data engineering initiatives, build scalable and high-performance data pipelines, and lead technical decisions for enterprise data platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and operations, to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions. Accountabilities: · Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data pipelines handling large volumes of data with high reliability and performance. · Design and optimize data models and data warehouses, applying advanced optimization strategies for query performance and accessibility. · Implement complex data integration solutions connecting diverse systems, including CRM, telephony, and internal applications. · Develop and optimize Databricks workflows, Spark jobs, and Delta Lake architectures for large-scale data processing. · Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance through advanced validation, monitoring, and testing frameworks. · Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. · Lead technical initiatives, mentor junior team members, and promote engineering excellence across data engineering projects. · Research emerging technologies and make recommendations to evolve the enterprise data platform. · 5+ years of professional data engineering experience, with demonstrated progression in technical leadership roles. · BS or MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. · Expert-level proficiency in Python, with experience building enterprise-scale data processing applications. · Advanced expertise with Databricks, including Delta Lake, Spark SQL, and workflow orchestration. · Deep knowledge of AWS data services (RedShift, S3, Glue, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB). · Strong experience designing and implementing large-scale data warehousing solutions and complex ETL/ELT pipelines. · Expert-level SQL skills with experience in advanced query optimization and performance tuning. · Experience with modern data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Airflow, or similar tools. · Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning techniques. · Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD practices. · Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Self-directed, innovative, and resilient in fast-paced, evolving environments. · Competitive salary range: $113,800 – $176,400 annually, plus eligibility for corporate bonus programs and stock options. · Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits, including access to health advocacy and virtual care services. · HDHP medical plan with employer contributions to HSA. · 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions. · Open Time Off policy, accrued sick and safe time, generous holiday schedule with floating holidays. · Paid parental leave. · Subsidized commuter benefits programs. · Virtual access to coaching, self-care activities, therapy, and psychiatry resources. · Volunteer day per year.
