In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure a robust architecture that meets the demands of modern business needs, including GenAI and AI technologies. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality projects. Lead Integration & Governance: Manage enterprise integrations and support data governance processes. Hands-On Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to data engineers and develop proof-of-concepts. Drive Lifecycle & Roadmap: Oversee technology roadmap and support Agile planning. Maintain Expertise & Innovation: Stay current on data trends and contribute to architectural discussions. Safety First: Demonstrate commitment to safety culture. Requirements 10+ years of experience in Database Administration. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies. In-depth experience designing information systems in a cloud environment, preferably Microsoft Azure. Proactive self-starter with a strong learning mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Exceptional time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
