We are seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead a team responsible for regulatory data calls and reporting within the organization. In this role, you will manage data collection processes, ensure data quality and accuracy, and drive improvements in analytics to support business and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, actuarial, underwriting, and claims, while serving as a key liaison with regulatory bodies. Accountabilities As a Data Analytics Manager (Data Calls), you will: Lead and develop a team of data analysts, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Oversee the end-to-end management of regulatory data calls, including NAIC and state submissions. Ensure timely and accurate reporting while maintaining positive regulatory relationships. Develop and implement data quality standards, control processes, and data governance practices. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple business units to gather and validate data. Drive process improvement, data optimization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency. Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external partners for critical data initiatives. Communicate complex data insights and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will have: 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Property & Casualty. 3+ years of management or team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and NAIC standards. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data analysis tools. Understanding of actuarial concepts and insurance data standards. Experience with project management and coordinating cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and regulatory stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
