We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Associate Manager to lead investment planning and analysis initiatives while driving impactful data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will oversee a team of analysts, manage data quality and governance, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic financial planning. You will leverage SQL, Power BI, and advanced financial analytics to optimize investment operations, improve reporting accuracy, and enable informed business decisions. This position requires collaboration across multiple stakeholders, leadership in analytics projects, and mentorship of team members. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and thrives on delivering results that directly impact organizational strategy. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Chicago (1–2 times per quarter). Accountabilities Develop and implement data governance processes to ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and reliability. Maintain centralized databases, Power BI datasets, and calculations for consistent and accurate reporting. Design, manage, and deliver dynamic Power BI reports and dashboards for investment analysis and performance tracking. Lead data optimization and analytics projects to enhance strategic investment decision-making. Stay current with industry trends, leveraging emerging technologies to improve analytics capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical data into actionable business insights. Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and continuous learning within the analytics team. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in finance, data analytics, or related fields preferred. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, finance, or investment planning. Strong expertise in SQL and Power BI; experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus. Advanced knowledge of financial markets, investment analytics, and financial analysis techniques. Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and mentor team members. Excellent oral and written communication, quantitative, and analytical skills. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or data analytics credentials are advantageous. Competitive salary ranging from $92,560 to $166,465, based on experience and qualifications.
