Accountabilities: Collect, clean, and analyze data using Python, SQL, and related tools, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Work with large-scale data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS to support analytical pipelines. Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning methods to generate insights. Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and communicate results effectively. Document workflows, follow software engineering standards, and maintain version control using Git. Explore and implement emerging AI technologies, including generative AI, LLMs, and entity recognition methods. Manage project timelines from intake to delivery, balancing multiple priorities and iterative feedback. 2โ3 years of experience in data analysis or data science, with a focus on NLP or related techniques. Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark and DBT is a strong plus. Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS ecosystems. Experience with object-oriented programming, data normalization using ontologies or taxonomies, and machine learning workflows. Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to implement maintainable solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to adapt to variable project timelines and collaborate effectively across teams. Time management and organizational skills to oversee projects from requirements gathering to presentation.
