As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and optimize operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, visualize, and automate data processes, helping to maximize the performance of digital products and programs. Accountabilities: · Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform decision-making across digital operations, product, and finance teams. · Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic and operational goals. · Automate routine analytical tasks to increase efficiency and reduce errors. · Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design appropriate analytical approaches. · Collaborate with data and BI teams to ensure consistency, reproducibility, and accuracy in data insights. · Monitor industry trends and new analytical technologies to enhance the team’s capabilities and methodology. · Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive action. · Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field. · Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data analysis and modeling tools. · Strong skills in data cleaning, preprocessing, manipulation, integration, and interrogation of large datasets. · Solid understanding of statistical methods, probability distributions, sampling, resampling, bias, and error. · Experience designing dashboards and visualizations for cross-functional teams. · Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently while navigating ambiguity. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences. · Bonus: experience with cloud-based storage and computing, dbt, machine learning algorithms, and healthcare domain knowledge related to release of information. · Competitive salary range: $80,000—$120,000 USD. · Remote work opportunity across the United States. · Flexible work environment supporting professional growth and innovation. · Access to tools, technology, and resources to enhance productivity. · Inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture. · Health and safety measures including post-offer screenings and vaccinations where applicable.
