We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to help transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across a fast-growing enterprise platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with both technical and non-technical teams, building analytics solutions that improve operational efficiency and strategy. You will analyze trends, design dashboards, and create robust data models to support decision-making across multiple functions. Accountabilities Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics solutions. Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, drivers, and growth opportunities. Build, manage, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively. Advocate for analytics best practices and promote data-driven decision-making across teams. Translate business needs into data requirements, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes. Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, models, and ETL processes to support analytics initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges, pain points, and areas for operational improvement. 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Experience with databases, ETL pipelines, and data modeling tools (e.g., DBT). Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks. Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps). Technical knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly. Nice to Haves: Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics.
