In this role, you will significantly impact the management and analysis of data across various IT systems. Your work will support SQL-based reporting, web platform administration, and customer implementation projects. This position is essential for enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring a seamless customer experience. By delivering insightful data analysis, you will contribute to informed decision-making and the overall satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders. \n Accountabilities Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics. Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. Administer and configure web-based platforms to support business operations. Collaborate with IT and business teams on customer implementation projects. Perform data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights. Ensure data integrity and compliance with security standards. Document processes and workflows for internal knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. 2-6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environments. Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, joins, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with Power BI for data modeling and dashboard design. Experience with web platform administration and configuration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders. Experience with customer implementation projects preferred. Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferred. Knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
